The easiest and fastest solution is to install the Duplicator plugin. The plugin will generate a zip file of your entire WordPress installation (theme, content, customizer settings etc.) and a installer file which you need to upload to the new location. Then you need to run the installer.php file (example: yourdomain.com/installer.php) and complete the install wizard. Within just a couple of minutes you got the theme up and running on the new location.

I want to migrate from local to a server but there is an issue with the Page Builder content.
What is the best process to migrate local to server, and keep Page Builder content displayed correctly?
