Please navigate to Pages and edit the 'Front Page'. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see a the slider metabox where yo can add your images.
The green mobile menu toggle button is linked to the 'Primary Color' option which can be found via Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout & Colors
If you want to change it specifically to another color you can add the following line of CSS in the Custom panel of the theme customizer:
